# Copy a Lifecycle Definition

Click Settings, click the lifecycle tab page, enter the lifecycle management interface, click the lifecycle name to copy in the lifecycle management workspace, and click the Copy button on the top toolbar to open the Copy Lifecycle pop-up window. Replication Lifecycle

In the Edit Lifecycle interface, enter Name and Description for the new lifecycle

The lifecycle template name and description are 1~50 characters long Replication Lifecycle

Manage Lifecycle Nodes, Manage Lifecycle Nodes refer toLifecycle node management

A complete lifecycle must contain at least two lifecycle nodes Replication Lifecycle

Set the upgrade process refer to[Set the upgrade process](/pages/gostart/setup/Lifecycle%20node%20management.md#7.Set the upgrade process)

An upgrade process must be set for a complete life cycle Replication Lifecycle

Click Confirm to wait for the prompt message Replication Lifecycle
